Mrs. Galante has over 20 years of experience in various industries in Accounting, Human Resources and Operations and has been with Welter Healthcare Partners since 2016. She attended Northern Arizona University where she received her
bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor.

Prior to joining Welter Healthcare Partners Mrs. Galante operated her own bookkeeping company that served many small businesses in Arizona. Since joining Welter Healthcare Partners, she has been responsible for providing the company with internal Accounting and Human Resources. She is a solutions-driven individual with experience and expertise in multiple companies, communication surrounding all Employee Relations and presenting critical financial and operational data. Experienced in start-up, turnaround, and re-organization environments, her major strength is the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization. The combination of her understanding the human side of change along with hands-on operations and financial background helps her to create success for the organizations that she has been affiliated with.

Accounting services provided to clients include on-site or remote accounting functions including accounting set up, chart of accounts design, accounts payable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, account reconciliations, compiled financial statement preparation and financial review.
