Ms. Heuer has worked for Welter Healthcare Partners since 2004. She has devoted her entire career to working with physicians and practices and has over 25 years of experience and expertise in medical practice management, operations management, and revenue cycle management. With this background and knowledge, she is able to lead the day-to-day operations of Welter Healthcare Partners and its team of experienced consultants and staff. Her goal is to ensure all departments are operating at maximum efficiency and productivity in an effort to bring maximum value to clients, a high level of customer service, and to exceed client’s expectations at all times.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Director of Practice Management Services

As director of practice management services, Ms. Heuer understands the nuts and bolts of practice operations and revenue cycle management and is able to help physicians and practices achieve their highest potential and greatest profitability. Ms. Heuer works with practices to identify key issues and problem areas to improve overall performance and productivity through the development of efficient and streamlined processes and the implementation of effective business systems. She also assists practices in developing marketing strategies and communications tools that are focused on building the practice’s identity, awareness, and most importantly, positive word of mouth in the community.

In addition, Ms. Heuer has extensive experience in helping physicians start new medical practices and expanding existing ones. Her strategic approach to starting a new practice enables the practice to be set up right the first time, allowing physicians to hit the ground running and continue on a path to achieve the greatest success and profitability.
